So I’ve been asked to provide some simple workouts for those that may not have equipment or experience in the gym. The key to doing these at home is to have some awesome music, study the videos before-hand and keep a consistent pace.
20 Alternating Lunges (No weights) Each side counts as 1
15 Star Jumps
10 Walk Out Push-ups You can either just walk out or do a modified knee push-up
20 Speed Skater Jumps (Do not jump over an object for your safety)
Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
