Lucky 7 WOD

7 Air Punches Each Arm

Burpees This guy does them fast at first.  I don’t expect ANYONE to do them that fast.  I’m showing you form.  Chest to the floor, spring up! HERE is an alternative if you are just beginning. 

7 High Knees   each side

Body weight Squats Get down deep into these squats. Feel it! It may be difficult but it shouldn’t be painful.  If you have knee issues don’t go so deep. 

7 Butt Kicks each side 

Overhead Sit-Ups I would prefer if you bring your arms all the way over your head resting on the floor then through your knees.

Do as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes.
