Simple At-Home Workout No Weights Needed :)


I had to miss going to the gym today because THIS girl has pink eye.  AWESOME!  I still had to get my sweat on though. Here is how I did it.  
Simple at Home Workout

40 Jumping Jacks

30 Sit-ups 

20 Squats

10 Push-ups-Do them on your knees or toes. You decide.

These are all VERY basic.  I want to know how many rounds you completed in 20 minutes.
